How to Place an Order Using Shopping Cart

To place an order, first click on the item's title or picture, and you'll be taken to its database page. Once you have entered in Quantity, you can choose to either view shopping cart now or continue shopping. To continue shopping just click on "Add to Cart", that item will be added to your shopping cart. When you are ready to complete your order either click on or check "View Shopping Cart" box, then click on and that will take you to your shopping cart.


How to Remove, Change and Check Out the Items in Your Cart

  1. When you are finished shopping and ready to purchase your items, click the Shopping Cart and that will take you to your shopping bag.
  2. You will be able to click on that items URL to see the database page for that item.
  3. You will see all the items in your cart and can review your order.
  4. To remove an item from your cart, check the Remove box next to that item. To change the quantity of an item, enter the new quantity in the box next to that item.
  5. Then click "Update my Changes" to update your order in Shopping Cart.

Still Prefer to Order by Phone or Fax?

We gladly accept orders via phone or fax. Simply place the items you want in your Shopping Cart and proceed to Checkout. On our Order Form, instead of entering your credit card, use option phone, mail, purchase order. Then call 1-888-331-7114 and push prompt number 2 to place credit card orders.

How to Order Items with Different Available-to-Ship Times

If you buy items with different available-to-ship times -- for example a 2 to 3 day delivery title along with a title that may take 3 to 5 weeks and need to be special ordered from the publisher -- your order will be shipped when all items are available.

Q. I ordered an item with express delivery - why haven't I received it yet?

A. The approximate delivery times listed in the Shopping Cart are only estimates and apply from the time your order leaves our distributor's warehouse, NOT from the time you place your order. Delivery time is based on the availability of items in addition to the actual shipping time. If you order an item for express delivery, it may take weeks for the item to be delivered if it is out of stock or backordered. Our experience has shown that items shipped via 4th Class U.S. Mail can take from 2-4 weeks to be delivered! We are always working to improve the quality and cost of shipping for our customers. Returns

We will refund, exchange, or credit your account for the price of any product(s) returned within 30 days or receipts. Products must be in resalable condition. Simply return the product along with packing slipto:
