How to Place an Order Using Shopping Cart
To place an order, first click on the item's 'Quantity' field and enter your quantity. Click 'Add to Cart', and that item will be added to your shopping cart. When you are ready to complete your order click the 'Go to Checkout' link, then click on that and it will take you to your personal information.
How to Remove and Check Out the Items in Your Cart
- When you are finished shopping and ready to purchase your items, click the Shopping Cart at the top of the page and that will take you to your shopping bag.
- You will be able to click on that items URL to see the database page for that item.
- You will see all the items in your cart and can review your order.
- To remove an item from your cart, check the 'Remove' box next to that item.
- Then click 'Go to Checkout' link to take you to your personal information.
How to Order Items with Different Available-to-Ship Times
If you buy items with different available-to-ship times -- for example a 2 to 3 day delivery title along with a title that may take 3 to 5 weeks and needs to be special ordered from the publisher -- your order will be shipped when all items are available.
I had ordered an item with express delivery - why haven't
I received it yet?
The approximate delivery times listed in the Shopping Cart are only estimates and apply from the time your order leaves our distributor's warehouse, NOT from the time you place your order. Delivery time is based on the availability of items in addition to the actual shipping time. If you order an item for express delivery, it may take weeks for the item to be delivered if it is out of stock or backordered. Our experience has shown that items shipped via 4th Class U.S. Mail can take from 2-4 weeks to be delivered! We are always working to improve the quality and cost of shipping for our customers. Returns
We will refund, exchange, or credit your account for the price of any product(s) returned within 30 days of receipts. Products must be in resalable condition. Simply return the product along with packing slip to:
